After four days of mediated negotiations, AUPE says it has not been able to come to an agreement with the province, noting that Alberta Health Services did not change its wage proposal. The union says it wants to see the province prioritize health care. If no agreement is reached, workers including licensed practical nurses and health care aides could be on strike as early as Nov. 20.
