A new University of Calgary research report says domestic violence has high costs not only for victims, but for governments and taxpayers too. Lead author Lana Wells sat down with CBC Radio's Calgary Eyeopener to discuss recommended interventions they say could reduce domestic violence by up to 40 per cent.
