New polling for CBC News by Janet Brown Opinion Research suggests that if an election were held in Alberta today, Danielle Smith would likely lead the UCP to an even stronger majority than it boasts now.

(METHODOLOGY: The poll surveyed 1,200 people across Alberta between April 7 and 22. Its margin of error was plus or minus 2.8 percentage points, 19 times out of 20.)
