Roughly 600 pounds of butter was used to create this unique sculpture that serves as the centerpiece to the Contemporary Calgary art exhibit: Churn, Earn, Burn and then Return. The perishable sculpture will be on display, only minimally cooled by fans, for the duration of the five-month long show.
