When she checked in for her flight, Air Canada told her the cremated remains would have to be transported in a checked bag. But when Twyla Shannahan arrived in Newfoundland, the bag containing his ashes was missing. Eventually the remains were recovered, but she continues to seek answers from Air Canada.
