The deadline has passed to repay the Canada Emergency Business Account (CEBA) loans and get up to $20,000 of the loan forgiven. The federal government has ruled out further extensions. Duncan Robertson with the Canadian Federation of Independent Business says a quarter of small businesses in Nova Scotia won't be able to meet the deadline.
