Nova Scotia RCMP say two children under the age of 10 are dead after a boat capsized late Saturday on Lake Rossignol, N.S. Police say there were four people on board: a 45-year-old man and three children under the age of 10, all from Fall River, N.S. RCMP spokesperson, Const. Mandy Edwards, spoke to the CBC's Tom Murphy.
