Opponents of a planned housing project in Ontario’s Beaver Valley say the proposal could open the door to development across much of the Niagara Escarpment. The project would see 280 townhomes and 90 apartment units built at the site of the former Talisman Mountain Resort, close to the Beaver River. As CBC’s Mike Crawley shows, the opposition is now calling on the provincial government to step in.
