Though Toronto is just months away from hosting the FIFA World Cup games, $97 million of funding from the province is still unconfirmed. CBC's Dale Manucdoc has the details — and reaction.

UPDATE: An earlier upload of this video had said the province didn't reply to CBC Toronto's request for comment. In fact, a spokesperson for Ontario's Ministry of Sport said in a statement Monday that the province continues to negotiate with the City of Toronto to ensure "all necessary provincial services are clearly identified and accurately costed.” That part of the video has now been removed.
