as posted by the channel"Rogers customers are on the hook for a $2,300 iPad after scammers got them to unknowingly sign up for a two-year iPad financing plan. Rogers offered some help as a goodwill gesture, but the victims are disappointed the company won't fully reverse the charges.
UPDATE: An earlier upload of this video had an error at 2:41. The previous version of the story said Rogers offered the customers a one-time $50 “goodwill gesture” after CBC News contacted the company. In fact, Rogers says it offered that credit prior to CBC News. That part of the video has now been removed."
