You might want to think twice before flying a drone over or around FIFA World Cup venues and event sites. Almost 20 people have already received fines for violating Canadian Aviation Regulations. Even though the charges are not criminal, the average fine is $250 for a first-time offence, Toronto police told CBC Toronto.
