Reaction from family, officials to scathing report about long-term care homes in Ontario

The Armed Forces issued a scathing report on the state of five long-term care facilities in Ontario. Military members dispatched to the homes say they witnessed dozens of unhygienic and dangerous practices. Jacqueline Mitchell, whose mother is a resident at one of the facilities, said she is "ashamed" for the province and is calling on the Ontario government to shut down and take over the troubled homes.
