Advocates urge for international students to be exempt from 3-day hotel quarantine

Sheila Nunn, the co-owner of East Coast Language College in Halifax, says international students are facing barriers with the new travel restrictions, and many are either looking at other countries to study or postponing their education entirely. She says since the announcement of the new three-day hotel quarantine, international students have been calling to cancel because of the extra costs.
