A premier was in India at the time of Trudeau's allegation. He says Ottawa didn't warn him

'It was a shock,' Yukon Premier Ranj Pillai said, recalling the moment he heard about the bombshell allegation made by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau that agents of the Indian government were linked to the murder of Hardeep Singh Nijjar. Pillai was in India on a business trip and says he wasn't warned about the announcement.
