Interest rate cut a relief, but won't make winds turn: mortgage expert | Canada Tonight

After two years of hikes, interest rates are finally coming down. The Bank of Canada cut its key interest rate by a quarter point to 4.75 per cent. Mortgage expert Angela Calla's advice for people who can afford to get into the market today is to 'date the rate, marry the house,' noting that mortgage options will change over time anyway.
