0:58Now PlayingA $50 million US lawsuit has been filed by the family of a French explorer who died in the Titan submersible disaster. All five people on board the vessel died when it imploded during a voyage to the wreck of the Titanic in 2023. The suit accuses OceanGate Expeditions, the sub's manufacturer and operator, of gross negligence. OceanGate declined a request for comment and has not filed a statement of defence.
