International student worries work hours cap could send him to food banks | Canada Tonight

International students in Canada are no longer allowed to work more than 24 hours a week, according to a new cap by the federal government. Alejandro Uribe says international students like himself are a ‘vulnerable population’ in Canada, so the new cap will make it more challenging for them to build a life in Canada.
