Canada Post spokesperson Jon Hamilton told CBC News that ‘we need to make some real changes’ to fix the postal system. Jan Simpson, national president of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers, says workers can't accept a contract that still has many outstanding issues — including around health, safety and pensions — from previous rounds of bargaining.
