as posted by the channelQuebec’s aluminum industry is feeling a bit of déjà vu. During his first term, U.S. President Donald Trump slapped a 25 per cent surtax on imports of steel and 10 per cent on imports of aluminum. This time, both will be subject to the 25 per cent tariff.
