Federal Finance Minister Dominic LeBlanc says Canada won’t negotiate a compromise on U.S. tariffs, rejecting a suggestion from a U.S. official to meet "in the middle." He tells Matt Galloway that Ottawa is focused on getting the tariffs removed and views trying to understand U.S. President Donald Trump’s rationale as “negative energy.”
