Following the news of a 19-year-old man being charged with impaired driving after a crash that left three children dead in Toronto, Mothers Against Drunk Driving CEO Steven Sullivan says his organization is shifting its messaging in an attempt to reach the demographic most at risk for impaired driving: young men aged 18 to early 30s.
