2:19Now PlayingHome sales in the Greater Toronto Area rose 10.9 per cent in July compared to a year earlier as 6,100 properties changed hands. It was the most activity recorded in the month since 2021, according to Toronto Regional Real Estate Board. The board has also said that lower prices have started 'to translate into increased home sales.'
