as posted by the channel

The first sexual assault trial for billionaire Frank Stronach has been delayed. It had been scheduled to begin in Toronto on Tuesday. Stronach's lawyer told the Ontario Court of Justice that the defence has been receiving 'voluminous' amounts of new items of disclosure and needs more time to review them. The 93-year-old Magna International founder is accused of sexual offences against several women, with some of the allegations dating back nearly 50 years.
