The seat, initially won by the Bloc Québécois, was overturned by a judicial recount favouring the Liberal candidate by one vote. But, Bloc candidate Nathalie Sinclair-Desgagné challenged the result after a CBC News report revealed a mail-in ballot was improperly returned to a voter.
