1:59Now Playing43-year-old Toronto police Const. Marc Pinizzotto has died after being shot while carrying out a search warrant at a residential building in the city’s northwest end, according to Chief Myron Demkiw.
Demkiw said the investigation that occurred prior to the shooting was linked to several other shooting incidents around the Greater Toronto Area — including the one that took place at the U.S. consulate earlier this year.
