Windsor mayor calls delay of new Canada-U.S. bridge a ‘darn shame’ | Power & Politics

Canada and the United States officially halted the Gordie Howe International Bridge opening after a week of mixed messages from both sides. The Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority cited “outstanding issues” but did not clarify the nature of the concerns or a timeline for a new official opening.
