Eula Hall has been fighting the war against poverty since her education ended after eighth grade and she began to push for change in her corner of the Appalachian Mountains in Kentucky. Now, the 86-year-old, who brought the first clean water to the area in the 1960s and built the first and only medical clinic in her county, says she will never surrender in her fight. Don Dahler reports.
