The new "owners" of his recently purchased streaming music site "Tidal" were introduced Monday, including Usher, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Madonna, Kanye West and Alicia Keys. Billboard magazine editor Joe Levy joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss the venture.
