Melania Trump's trip to Africa appears to be at odds with President Trump's policies

First lady Melania Trump is visiting Ghana, Malawi, Kenya and Egypt. She's exploring health care and education facilities during her first trip to Africa. President Trump's overall policies of slashing U.S. aid to those countries appear to be at odds with the trip.
