Father fights to legalize medical marijuana in effort to help terminally ill son

Sebastien Cotte's son is a terminally ill pediatric patient who uses marijuana for medicinal purposes. Cotte is part of a group suing the Justice Department to remove marijuana's classification as a Schedule I drug -- the same group as heroin and LSD. He joins CBSN's Elaine Quijano with his story.
