Hill said Bolton described Giuliani as a "hand grenade that was going to blow everyone up." At the time of this conversation, Hill said, Giuliani was regularly appearing on TV. "(Giuliani) was clearly pushing forward issues and ideas that would probably come back to haunt us," Hill said. "In fact I think that's where we are today."
