Legal analyst on Day 8 of Derek Chauvin trial, as defense focused on drug evidence

The defense in the trial of Derek Chauvin turned their focus to George Floyd's drug use during cross-examination Wednesday. Jurors heard from several witnesses, including forensic scientists who investigated the scene where Floyd died. Attorney Paul Batista joined CBSN to discuss the defense and prosecution arguments.
