YouTube Description
as posted by the channel"A majority of Americans, in a nationwide poll, support President Obama's recent, amended version of a rule requiring church-affiliated colleges and hospitals to offer birth control coverage to their employees. The Quinnipiac University poll found that 54 percent of voters approve of the rule, which would allow such employers not to offer contraception, but require that it be covered by health insurers...A much larger majority, 71 percent, agree that health insurance should cover contraception for women, but voters split evenly on whether the federal government ought to require that employees get coverage for free...Americans are pro-pill, the poll found. Eight-two percent of those surveyed believe it is not wrong to use contraception, and 55 percent said abortion should remain legal in "all or most" cases...".* The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur breaks it down.
