In a breach of protocol that has stunned the British, radio DJs from 2Day FM managed to trick staff at the private King Edward VII Hospital into revealing detailed information about Kate, who is pregnant.
The Duchess of Cambridge was admitted to hospital on Monday suffering Hyperemesis Gravidarum or acute morning sickness, and has been on a drip and medication since.
The radio presenters Mel Greig and Michael Christian telephoned the hospital and were put through to a nurse in the duchess' ward, posing as the Queen and Prince Charles."*
Two Australian radio DJs prank called the hospital were Kate Middleton is being treated for her acute morning sickness.
