Frederick Dencer, 32, was released from jail Wednesday afternoon after prosecutors said the alleged victim was unavailable. Dencer, who has no prior arrests, was originally booked into jail on suspicion of kidnap for the purpose of sexual assault. He was being held on $1 million bail.
