7:24Now PlayingPegas Productions, a porn company in Quebec, has had a tough time find enough male actors for their films, and they’ve decided to do something about it. They’ve started what is essentially an academy to teach men how to have sex on film professionally. At the end, the male students participate in a scene with an adult actress to assess what they’ve learned.
“The Young Turks” hosts Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian are joined by comedian Jimmy Dore and radio host Gina Grad for the report.
“It’s not taped, and also you’re getting evaluated. That’s kind of the evaluation process to figure out whether or not you’re good enough to actually graduate to the porn industry. And you’ll be part of that porn production company. You’ll be one of their actors,” says Ana. “You have these for-profit colleges that say, ‘We have these in insane job placement rates,’ right? Here’s an actual trade school that does have good job placement. They’re looking to make you part of their company.”
