9:22Now Playing"Some members of the pro-gun group Open Carry Tarrant County reportedly harassed Texas State Rep. Poncho Nevarez, a Democrat, in his office on Jan. 13 after he turned down the group's request to support House Bill 195, which would allow people in Texas to openly carry handguns without a permit.
State Rep. Trey Martinez Fischer claimed the same group created a "very hostile situation" in his office at the Texas Capitol in Austin. He wasn't present for the incident, but said his staff told him.
