The case, King v. Burwell, is the third case of it's kind in the Supreme Court to challenge the Affordable Care Act, commonly referred to as 'Obamacare', however, this one comes with a bit of a twist. This lawsuit claims that a bit of ambiguous wording makes it illegal for the U.S. government to give tax credits for health insurance in states that have federal health insurance exchanges. These arguments come from both conservative and libertarian think thanks.
If the court rules against the Affordable Care Act then over 30 states will have Obamacare dissolve completely."
