Norton’s tweet is presumably a reference to Rubio’s pro-life advocacy and statements that he would not support abortion even in the case of rape or incest.
UPDATE (2:05 PM ET): Norton clarified in a later tweet that anyone taking his remarks that he hopes “someone forcibly cums in [Rubio’s] ass” to mean he hopes Rubio would be raped is an idiot.”*
