The last true artists among the dying breed known as prank callers can only be heard on C-SPAN. Why do they gravitate toward the Beltway-themed cable network?
We’re guessing it has something to do with the combination of extremely dry subject matter and thirst for any viewer engagement.
Whatever the reason, it’s hard to think of another venue in which some mischievous citizen could point-blank ask Rep. Dave Brat (R-Va.), after voicing a seemingly serious inquiry about budgets, whether he could take a shit in the congressman’s mouth.
