"Selma Blair has been rushed to the hospital after being removed from an international flight Monday.
The actress was taken by stretcher off of her return flight from Cancun, Mexico to Los Angeles after allegedly having an outburst on the flight, an official close to the situation confirms to PEOPLE.
"She was met by paramedics at LAX as soon as her plane arrived," the source says. "It looks like she had taken a combination of prescription medication with alcohol. We don't know what sort of prescription medications."
The source adds that Blair was transported to a local hospital and that her son Arthur Saint, 4, was on the flight.”*
