“My name is Moumita Ahmed, and I co-founded Millennials for Bernie Sanders. I have put in tremendous work to help Sen. Sanders get elected in as many states possible, and partially as a result of that work, I was chosen by the campaign to go to the DNC in July as an at-large delegate.
We had a meeting with the New York delegates yesterday at 10 a.m. in Midtown at a union space, where things went awry really quickly after Christine Quinn got up on stage and declared only ONE candidate cares about poor people and that that candidate was Hillary — as if Bernie never existed.”
