"Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz slammed President Joe Biden for urging Israel not to bomb hospitals in Gaza.

On Monday, the president said hospitals in the densely populated territory of 2.3 million people “must be protected” as Israel carries out its response to terrorist attacks perpetrated by Hamas on Oct. 7 that killed 1,200 Israelis. His comments came as Israeli forces approached the Al-Shifa Hospital complex in Gaza City. The hospital is without electricity and fuel.

The Israeli government said the hospital houses a Hamas military command center. A U.S. official echoed this claim on Monday, but the person declined to be identified."*
