He said the "puppeteers" for what he called a proxy war were principally in the Kremlin. He also said nobody had raised the issue of Brexit with him at the United Nations where the UK plays a global role. Mr Johnson spoke to our foreign affairs correspondent Jonathan Rugman in New York.
