But the combination of leaving so many high-level positions empty, and tweeting his foreign policy whims, not to mention insults against his own Secretary of State, have many concerned about the President’s understanding of diplomacy – particularly as he traverses Asia to tackle the North Korean nuclear crisis. Right now, he’s in Seoul, where he’s shifted away from his usual “rocket man” aggression, and signalled a willingness to “strike a deal”.
