The video of two men being arrested in Starbucks for sitting at a table without buying anything caused outrage. In response the coffee giant decided to send all of its employees for an afternoon of racial bias training. Videos of similar incidents have become common and are shedding light on issues of race in US society - so what will an afternoon of individual training really achieve and what do these videos tell us about systemic racism?
