After months of often fraught negotiations with his European counterparts, the prime minister says the UK government has "completed the biggest trade deal yet".
He says the deal means the UK has "taken back control of our money, borders, laws, trade and our fishing waters".
Details of the deal, made just one week before the end of the Brexit transition period on December 31, will be released in a document expected to be 2,000 pages long.
