Valencia floods: The story of a man who lost his wife and baby

Heavy downpours and flooding have hit Barcelona, triggering red alerts, days after catastrophic floods further south in Valencia.

Spain is sending another two and a half thousand soldiers to help with the clean-up, distribute food and water and stop looters.

They'll join five thousand sent over the weekend amid growing anger over the handling of the disaster.

The death toll remains at 217, including a British couple, as the search for bodies goes on.
