0:25Now PlayingPolice firearms officer Sergeant Martyn Blake who was cleared of murdering Chris Kaba is to face a gross misconduct hearing, after a review by the police watchdog.
Kaba was shot in the head by Martyn Blake, after he tried to ram his way past police cars which tried had to stop him.
The IOPC said after "examining all the evidence" it had decided that Blake should still face a disciplinary hearing.
