The group People Against Genocide shared video showing people breaking into Keysight Technologies in Hampshire and destroying equipment.
It claims the US-owned company manufactures radar and electronic systems for military use, and supply a drone factory owned by Elbit Systems which is a weapons maker in Israel.
Other locations belonging to Keysight Technologies have been targeted in the UK over the past year.
Police say three people were arrested at the scene and remain in custody. No staff were injured during the incident but they said one officer was assaulted.
Keysight Technologies has not yet responded to request for comment.
